Hey, Krystal Ivy here!

I’m an experience-obsessed Content and Email Marketing Strategist on a mission to make email hot and spicy and exciting.

You can always peep my professional experience over here (6 years in the game now, you know I’m not playing!!) but here’s the fun stuff you need to know:

  • My dad instilled a deep love for coffee walks in me. They’re exactly what they sound like and I prefer to do them where there’s lots of trees.

  • I’m a St. Louis native and just relocated back to the midwest after purchasing my dream, 140 year old home. I love a spooky moment!

  • My favorite movie of all time is Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind and have been known to watch it multiple times in a single sitting. Ask me what I’m doing this weekend!

  • Each member is allotted one email campaign for feedback per week. If you would like additional email feedback, you can bring campaigns to Cafe Hours or purchase additional email feedback on top of your membership.

    Should you need broader email input, myInbox to Income Intensives may be what you’re looking for!

  • Definitely. Digital Cafe members range from email beginners to subscriber lists with thousands of contacts. Whether you’re trying to pick the right email marketing platform or scale your efforts that are already making bank, I can help you make it happen in TDC.

  • Of course. Though I’m confident you’ll enjoy your time in The Cafe, if you decide it’s not a great fit for you anymore, you can cancel whenever you would like.

  • Each week email feedback is recorded in a video that is private to The Digital Cafe members only. If you would like 1:1 private feedback, that’s now an option exclusive to Digital Cafe members for an additional fee.

  • I love utilizing tools that make business easier, but I’m pro-human above all else. In my own business, I use AI as a refinement tool to help improve my own ideas.

    If you decide to use AI to write your emails, I’ll help make suggestions to improve the copy to sound more like you.

    Any tools that leverage AI within the Digital Cafe will be clearly marked. Whether you use these tools or not is entirely your decision. I respect your choices. :)

  • Each week email feedback is provided with live email content (this means sending me a test email) so I can view the content in the same format your subscribers will view it. No tech or additional support within your email service provider is included in your subscription.

  • Ask any of the members: this is not a host-is-ghost kind of membership. I have poured so much of my time and attention into The Digital Cafe since the start and will continue to do so.
